Welcome to RK House Maid Service Agency.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions

1. Nature of Service

We are a placement agency providing verified profiles of domestic helpers such as house cooks, babysitters, japa maids, patient care staff, elder care, and house helpers.

Note: We are not the employer of any maid/helper.

2. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for ensuring a safe and respectful work environment for the helper.

Salary, food, accommodation, working hours, and job conditions must be mutually discussed and agreed upon between the client and the helper.

3. Verification & Security

Helpers are screened with available ID proof and basic verification.

Clients are strongly advised to conduct their own background checks before finalizing any hiring decision.

4. Agency Charges & Terms

The agency charges an annual one-time payment for its services, valid for a one-year contract, which includes up to 3 replacements during the contract period.

After one year, the contract will be renewable annually (recontracted).

The agency collects commission only after a 10-day trial period, and only if both the client and the helper confirm continuing the employment.

The commission is collected in two parts:

50% after 10 days (upon mutual confirmation).

Remaining 50% after 6 months of continuous service.

5.Early Termination by Helper

If the helper wishes to leave the job before the end of the contract, they must inform both the agency and the client at least 20 days in advance.

The helper is expected to continue working until a replacement is arranged.

If the helper leaves the job without notice or before a replacement arrives, the agency reserves the right to withhold their salary for the days worked.

6. Salary & Leave Policy

The helper must be paid their salary on the 1st of every month.

Each helper is entitled to 2 days off per month.

If the helper does not take these 2 leaves, they are eligible for additional payment for the unused leave days.

If the helper needs to take both leaves together for travel or personal reasons, it must be mutually agreed upon  

between the client and the helper.


7.Liability
RK House Maid is not responsible for any loss, theft, misconduct, or damages caused by the helper.
Clients are advised to secure their home, valuables, and personal information.

8. Service Termination
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service in case of misuse, misbehavior, or abuse towards staff or helpers.

9.If the maid commits theft or any other serious misconduct at the client’s residence that leads to a police case, RK House Maid Service Agency will not be held responsible. The helper will be solely accountable for their actions.

हमारी सेवाओं का उपयोग करके, आप निम्नलिखित नियमों और शर्तों से सहमत होते हैं:

1. सेवा का स्वरूप
हम एक प्लेसमेंट एजेंसी हैं जो घरेलू सहायकों जैसे कि हाउस कुक, बेबीसिटर, जापा मेड, पेशेंट केयर स्टाफ, एल्डर केयर और हाउस हेल्पर की सत्यापित प्रोफाइल उपलब्ध कराते हैं।
नोट: हम किसी भी मेड/हेल्पर के नियोक्ता (एम्प्लॉयर) नहीं हैं।

2. क्लाइंट की ज़िम्मेदारियाँ
क्लाइंट यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए जिम्मेदार है कि हेल्पर के लिए एक सुरक्षित और सम्मानजनक कार्य वातावरण हो।
वेतन, खाना, रहने की सुविधा, कार्य समय और नौकरी की शर्तें क्लाइंट और हेल्पर के बीच आपसी सहमति से तय की जानी चाहिए।

3. सत्यापन और सुरक्षा
सभी हेल्पर्स का मूल पहचान पत्र और सामान्य जानकारी के आधार पर प्राथमिक सत्यापन किया जाता है।
हम सभी क्लाइंट्स को यह सुझाव देते हैं कि वे अंतिम चयन से पहले खुद भी बैकग्राउंड चेक अवश्य करें।

4. एजेंसी शुल्क और शर्तें
एजेंसी अपनी सेवाओं के लिए एक वार्षिक एकमुश्त शुल्क लेती है, जो एक साल के कॉन्ट्रैक्ट के लिए मान्य होता है।
इस अवधि में अधिकतम 3 बार रिप्लेसमेंट की सुविधा मिलती है।
एक साल पूरा होने के बाद कॉन्ट्रैक्ट हर साल दोबारा रिन्यू (रि-कॉन्ट्रैक्ट) किया जाएगा।

एजेंसी की कमीशन फीस केवल तब ली जाती है जब 10 दिनों की ट्रायल अवधि के बाद क्लाइंट और हेल्पर दोनों कार्य जारी रखने की पुष्टि करते हैं।

कमीशन दो भागों में लिया जाता है:

50% ट्रायल के 10 दिन पूरे होने के बाद (जब दोनों पक्ष सहमत हों)।

बचा हुआ 50% छह महीने की निरंतर सेवा के बाद।

5. यदि हेल्पर कार्य समाप्त करना चाहे
यदि कोई हेल्पर कॉन्ट्रैक्ट खत्म होने से पहले काम छोड़ना चाहता है, तो उसे कम से कम 20 दिन पहले एजेंसी और क्लाइंट दोनों को सूचित करना होगा।
हेल्पर को तब तक काम जारी रखना होगा जब तक उसका रिप्लेसमेंट नहीं आ जाता।

अगर हेल्पर बिना सूचना के या रिप्लेसमेंट से पहले नौकरी छोड़ देता है, तो एजेंसी को अधिकार है कि वह उसके काम किए गए दिनों का वेतन रोक सकती है।

6. वेतन और छुट्टी नीति
हेल्पर को हर महीने की 1 तारीख को वेतन देना अनिवार्य है।
हर हेल्पर को प्रति माह 2 छुट्टियाँ दी जाती हैं।

यदि हेल्पर छुट्टियाँ नहीं लेता है, तो उसे अतिरिक्त भुगतान मिलेगा।

अगर किसी कारणवश हेल्पर को एक साथ दोनों छुट्टियाँ लेनी हों (जैसे गाँव जाना), तो यह क्लाइंट और हेल्पर की आपसी सहमति से होगा।

7. जिम्मेदारी (Liability)
RK हाउस मेड सर्विस एजेंसी किसी भी प्रकार की चोरी, नुकसान, अनुशासनहीनता या हेल्पर द्वारा किए गए किसी भी कृत्य के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं है।
क्लाइंट को सलाह दी जाती है कि वह अपने घर, कीमती वस्तुएं और निजी जानकारी को सुरक्षित रखें।

8. सेवा समाप्ति
अगर किसी क्लाइंट द्वारा सेवा का दुरुपयोग, दुर्व्यवहार या स्टाफ/हेल्पर के प्रति दुश्मनी की जाती है, तो एजेंसी को सेवा रद्द करने या मना करने का पूरा अधिकार है।

9.अगर क्लाइंट के घर पर मेड चोरी करती है या कोई अन्य गंभीर गलत काम करती है जिससे पुलिस केस बनता है, तो RK हाउस मेड सर्विस एजेंसी उसकी कोई जिम्मेदारी नहीं लेगी। ऐसे मामलों में पूरी ज़िम्मेदारी मेड की खुद की होगी।
